Key Responsibilities:
Brand Guideline Development:
Collaborate with our branding team to develop and refine brand guidelines tailored for our social media presence.
Ensure all designs stay consistent with our established brand identity.
Social Media Post Design:
Create visually appealing graphics for various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Design interactive and engaging stories, infographics, and other visual content that resonates with our audience
Reel Editing:
Edit and incorporate text into reel videos to enhance the storytelling element and make it more engaging for viewers.
Collaborate with our content team to ensure reel designs align with the overall content strategy.
Trend Spotting:
Stay updated on the latest design trends, especially those emerging on social media platforms.
Innovate and iterate designs based on the latest trends, audience feedback, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content creation.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills.
